I want to live at BLVD63. What do I need to do now?

  • We're so excited that you've chosen BLVD63 as your home away from home. For your convenience, you can apply and complete all your lease paperwork online from anywhere in the world. Be sure you have a copy of your driver's license or photo ID and payment method.
  • You can also complete the lease signing process with a staff member by scheduling an appointment with our office or visiting us during office hours. We will then complete all the necessary paperwork and go through the lease, which takes about 30 minutes.
 

What is individual leasing?

  • With Individual Leases, YOU are only responsible for YOUR (or your student's) rent. You aren't liable for your roommates' rent at all! Unlike the traditional lease or a joint lease, if your roommate transfers, graduates, or fails to pay his/her rent, it does not affect you or your lease. College students have enough to worry about. An individual lease is one less thing!
 

What is included in rent?

  • Rent includes water/sewer/trash, cable with Premium Channels, and high-speed internet. Our apartments also come fully furnished and include an HD TV and a washer and dryer. Less bills to organize every month means simplifying your lifestyle!
 

When is rent due?

  • Rent is due by 5:00 PM on the first day of each month. If a payment is being mailed, it must be confirmed as received by the office no later than 9:00 AM on the fifth day of the month. Being postmarked by the United States Postal Service on or before the 5th will NOT be considered on time. If payment is being turned into the office there is a drop box available for after hours.
 

What are my lease options?

  • We offer 5, 10 and 12-installment leases.
 

What if I need roommates?

  • We offer a roommate matching service to full-time students. Each resident completes a detailed roommate lifestyle questionnaire. BLVD63 matches residents who are most compatible based on their responses.
 

How do I pay the rental installment or any other fees?

  • Payments can be made online with E-check, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard). We also accept checks or money orders in the office.
  • Fees may apply. We do not accept partial payments or cash.
 

Do I have to pay a move-in fee or application fee when I sign my lease?

  • There is a $45 application fee.
 

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?

  • Yes. Every resident must have a guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 25 years old and a resident of the United States. If you do not have a guarantor, you can qualify through the LEAP Program.
 

Can other people take over my lease?

  • Yes. There is a $500 one-time lease take-over fee. The new resident must apply, be approved by our office, sign all lease documents, and all fees/documents must be paid/signed in order to successfully relinquish your lease.
 

What size are the beds?

  • Full mattresses and bed frame.
 

What should I bring on move-in day?

  • Bedding – our mattresses are full-size. We recommend purchasing a mattress pad or topper if you need additional support.
  • Bathroom accessories - shower curtain, bathmat, towels, etc.
  • Kitchen – pots and pans, silverware, dishes, cups, bowls, etc.
 

Is BLVD63 pet-friendly?

  • Yes! We have an amazing community of dogs and cats. If you'll be bringing a furry companion with you let our office know so we can get your pet registered with our community. Weight restriction is 35lbs.
  • A $300 refundable pet fee (per pet) is due upon registration, and pet rent is applied to your monthly rent installment.
